I don't know about you but stress is everywhere. Stress is all around us it's where we live, it's on our job in the decisions we make stress but here are 3 ways to stay stress free.
It has been proven that lack of sleep makes you more irritable and less patient. I can definitely attest to this because when I don't have my proper amount of sleep I find I become easily agitated.
2. Recreational Activities
What brings you joy? What relaxes you? Some things you can do to help you de-stress
- Bike Riding
- Reading Books
- Sit on beach
- Listen to music
Exercise releases endorphins. Endorphins product feel good neurotransmitters. Exercise overall improves your clarity while lowering your stress. Exercise overall improves your quality of sleep.
Overall, in order to manage stress you have to be balanced you have to do the things that make you happy.
