Deborah franklin
deborah is an educator, author, motivational speaker, minister, radio host at conversations with deborah and producer of the tea. a native of houston she now lives in washington, dc where she teaches in a dc public school and is an executive director of a non-profit.

Nigeria Lockley
Nigeria is a performance poet, and the recipient of the 2015 Wheatley Award for First Fiction. She's a native New Yorker who resides with her family in Harlem. Her love for reading has helped her become more empathetic and creative.

Dina Strachan
DINA is a “free-range” native New Yorker, best-selling author, consultant, mother, and internationally-recognized, Harvard and Yale educated board certified dermatologist. She decided to audition for The Tea, in part, because of a great experience she had in a book club during graduate school. Dina is well travelled and has visited 41 of the 50 states. She has interviewed fashion legend, Calvin Klein, and was featured in the BBC America commercial promoting the first female doctor on the Dr. Who.
